Playground Rules to know:

• All children and adults must be wearing socks within our playcentre
• No outside food or drinks to be brought into the venue. Exemptions made for medical reason
• Casual entry is valid for single entry only (no pass-outs)
• Lollipop’s Playland accepts no responsibility for lost or stolen articles
• Parents or caregivers are required to supervise their children and are responsible at all times for their children’s actions
• Adults without children will not be allowed into the Playland without the permission of duty manager
• All playground rules must be followed by children playing

VIP Multi-Visit Passes:

• Playground Rules apply to all children entering venue
• Each pass is valid for one child
• Pass is valid for 12 months after purchase date
• Physical Pass must be presented upon entry to be redeemed
• You may choose to leave the pass with us in store so it doesn't get lost
• We do not hold any responsibility for any lost or damaged passes in your own possession. Passes cannot be replaced/renewed
