CHANGES AND CONFIRMATION OF YOUR PARTY

• A non- refundable $50 deposit is required to secure all bookings.
• Changes to your party date and/or time will be accepted if arranged more than 14 days prior to the original booked event and depending on availability.
• Confirmations must be completed through the confirmation form linked through booking order.
• Any adjustments or changes must be made aware prior to your party by party host through email, phone call or in person.
• We will contact by email and will require your confirmation no later than 4 working days prior to your party.
• All parties run to a timeframe, so please ensure you arrive on time. We do not want you to miss a moment of fun!
• You will be billed for all children that have been confirmed, including the birthday child, even if they do not attend.

 

FOOD AND CUSTOMISATION

• No food or drinks are allowed to be brought into the Playland. Exemptions made for medical reasons.
• You may choose to bring your own cake and or lolly bags.
• Please advise at the time of confirmation of any adult platters and customised party extras you want to add to your party package.

 

Please note for all Guests:

• Carers of the birthday child are responsible for all children attending the party that are not accompanied by their parents.
• Please advise all party adults that siblings not included on the guest list will be charged as general admission.
• Only party guests will be catered for and set up in the party room. All party adults receive free admission to help celebrate your child’s birthday.
• All children and adults that wish to use the equipment must wear socks.

 

WHEN YOU ARRIVE

• You will be advised of your party room and introduced to your party host who will look after you for the duration of your party.
• Please ensure you and your guests arrive on time to avoid delays on entry.

 

ON THE WAY OUT

• Finalise any outstanding balances, cafe tabs, or extra party children.
• Leave all the cleaning up to us!!
