Private Hire Noble Park
Lollipop's Playland Noble Park is available for exclusive private hire any night during the week from 5.30pm or from 6.00pm on Saturday or Sundays. We can cater for your food requirements or you can BYO. Staff will be on duty to ensure that the evening runs to plan!
Lollipops Noble Park is the ideal place for any function where children are involved. You have exclusive use of the centre, ensuring that children are in a safe environment and you can relax and enjoy the night. All in all, being a "BIG KID" for a night.
Lollipops Noble Park is a multi purpose venue; which is ideal for after hours hire. It is perfect for:
- School/ Kinder fundraisers or Social nights
- Large Family gatherings
- Special birthday parties
- Sporting club presentations
- Christmas parties
- 30th/40th/50th Birthday parties
- Religious celebrations
Please note: the centre is not available for teenage, 18th's or 21st Parties
1. How much does it cost?
$750.00 for a minimum 2.5 hour hire, $150 every hour thereafter. A $250 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
2. Can I bring my own food?
Yes, your own food can be brought in for your private function.
3. Can I use the kitchen facilities on the night?
Unfortunately you are unable to utilise the kitchen facilities yourself, but any food that you wish to have cooked can be done by our staff at an additional $75 charge. We ask that the food be delivered 2 hours prior to your function starting.
4. Can Lollipops Playland Noble Park cater for my function?
Yes, Lollipops Playland would be more than happy to cater your function. We have kid’s party food packages and adult platters available. We are more than happy to work out catering numbers and discuss options with you. Alternatively we can have the café open and fully running for your guests to purchase food and drinks on the night.
5. Am I able to purchase coffee and tea on the night?
Yes, coffee and tea are available on the night of your function. However, you need to let staff know at the time of booking that you will require this, so adequate staff can be rostered.
6. Is the café open on the night of the function?
Unless pre-booked, the café will not be open to your guests on the night.
7. Do I need to supply my own plates, cups, cutlery etc?
Yes, you will need to supply all your own crockery, cutlery, platters, napkins, sauces etc for the function. However, if Lollipops is catering your function and/or you are purchasing from the cafe on the night, Lollipops Playland will supply all necessary crockery.
8. Do the staff serve food during the function?
Our staff will be available to assist on the night; however they do not walk around with the food. A table will be set up on the night where any food cooked or heated will be placed.
9. Do I need to clean up at the end of the night?
We ask that you pack up all of your belongings, but otherwise our staff will take care of cleaning on the night. We ask that any tables that were moved are returned to their original location and that all rubbish is placed in the bins supplied and positioned around the Playland for you. Our staff will do the rest. (there is one exception of a cleaning charge of $100.00 if we are required to clean up vomit or toilet accidents within the playframe or in the playland)
10. Hours of hire
All private hire functions are a minimum 2.5 hours. The centre is available for hire from 5.30pm every weeknight and 6.00pm on a Saturday or Sunday. You are required to leave the Playland at the prescribed time. Lollipops will allow 10 minutes to vacate the premise after your function has finished. If you take longer than 10 minutes we will have to charge you for the extra time.
11. When can I come in to set up for my function?
You are able to come in to start setting up 15 minutes prior to the commencement of your function. We ask that there are no more than 4 people assisting with set up. Guests will be allowed in from the start of the function.
12. Sound System
Our sound system is capable of playing the radio and we have some provisions for other inputs. Please check at time of booking.
13. Can I extend my function time?
Yes, provided 48 hours notice is given you can extend your function for as long as you like.
14. Can we bring glitter and sparklers?
We request no glitter, sparklers or party poppers in the centre and recommend helium balloons are weighted.
15. Do you have Halal options?
Yes we have a varied menu with Halal certified products available.
16. Will the staff supervise the children in the playground?
Three Lollipops staff are present for the security of our company, however your function leader is responsible for the evening. You need to take control and make sure that all Play Safe Rules are being followed:
Play Safe Rules
No climbing up slides – only for sliding down
No over boisterous behaviour
Only children under 3 in the Toddler Area
No climbing on walls of jumping castle
Be considerate of all, particularly watching out for any younger children
Socks must be worn at all times
No food or drink is to be taken into the equipment
17. If our guests cause damage or break anything in the playland, are we responsible?
Credit card details are required prior to the commencement of the function. If there are any breakages or damage, or if our premise is left in an unacceptable state, Lollipops will contact you about the cost to rectify the issue.
You will be required to sign an Acknowledgement Form accepting the terms and conditions of hire for after hours and provide that to us at least 48 hours prior to your function.
